About Anserva
Anserva is an AI financial planner for everyday people. It interviews you about your income, debts and goals, links your accounts on a read only basis, and writes a plan you can actually follow. People subscribe to Anserva directly, so the quality of the day to day experience is the product.
The role
You own the subscriber support queue. When someone cannot finish the planning interview, sees an account connection fail, or has a question about their subscription, you are the person who answers. You resolve what you can yourself, escalate the rest with enough detail that it gets fixed, and feed what you learn back to the product and planning side of the company. Nobody else at Anserva does this work today, and it will be yours to shape.
What you will do
Answer subscriber questions over email and chat about billing, account linking, and how the planning interview works.
Troubleshoot read only connection errors and walk people through reconnecting a bank or brokerage login.
Write and maintain help center articles so the most common questions stop reaching the queue at all.
File bugs with clear reproduction steps, then follow them until they are fixed and tell the subscriber.
Report the top recurring issues each month with counts and examples, so product knows what to fix first.
What we are looking for
One to three years supporting customers of a consumer software product, ideally something involving money.
Clear, calm writing. You can explain a failed connection without jargon and without making someone feel foolish.
Willingness to learn the basics of budgeting, debt payoff and retirement accounts so your answers are accurate.
Care with sensitive information and the discipline to follow identity verification steps every time.
Patience with people who are anxious about their finances, and the honesty to say when you do not know something yet.
Nice to have
Experience with a support platform such as Zendesk, Intercom or Front.
Familiarity with account aggregation services like Plaid or MX.
Coursework, a certificate or prior work in personal finance.

About Anserva
Anserva is an AI financial planner. It interviews you about your money, links your accounts on a read only basis, and writes a plan built around your actual numbers. Subscribers pay for it directly, which means every word we publish has to earn their trust.
The role
You write the financial explanations that live inside the product and around it. That means the copy a subscriber reads when the planner recommends paying down a loan before adding to a brokerage account, the guides that explain what an emergency fund should cover, and the articles that bring people to Anserva in the first place. You work from the planning team's methodology and the marketing team's briefs, but the writing itself is yours.
What you will do
Write in product explanations for plan recommendations so subscribers understand why the planner suggested what it did.
Produce long form guides on topics like debt payoff order, Roth versus traditional accounts, and saving for a first home.
Turn the planning team's internal methodology into language a first time saver can follow.
Keep a review process running so every published claim is checked for accuracy before it ships.
Update older pieces when contribution limits, tax brackets or rules change.
What we are looking for
Two or more years writing about personal finance, investing or insurance for a general audience.
The ability to explain a tradeoff clearly without oversimplifying it into something wrong.
Strong research habits and a willingness to cite primary sources like the IRS or the SSA.
Comfort taking edits from a planning expert who will push back on your phrasing.
Judgment about where education ends and individualized advice begins.
Nice to have
A CFP, CFA, or progress toward either.
Experience writing product copy inside a software product, not only articles.
Familiarity with SEO practice, enough to work well with the inbound side of marketing.
